The Sigma 28-105mm f/2.8 DG DN Art Lens for Sony E is a premium, high-utility zoom lens designed for Sony E-mount full-frame mirrorless cameras. It functions as a versatile "all-in-one" workhorse, extending the traditional 24-70mm reach to 105mm while maintaining a constant, bright f/2.8 aperture across the entire focal range.Designed for Sony E-mount full-frame mirrorless camera systems, this lens provides a minimum focusing distance of 40cm across the entire zoom, ensuring your ability to capture detailed close-ups of your subjects. Driven by an HLA motor, this lens delivers quiet and precise autofocusing, and its rounded 12-blade diaphragm ensures pleasing and circular bokeh. This lens repels damage from outside elements by coupling a water- and oil-repellant front lens element coating with a dust- and splash-resistant design. The lens feature has two AF-L buttons that can be programmed based on your shooting needs. A zoom lock switch prevents the vlens ffrom accidentally extending.It also has a locable aperture ring with click/de-click function enables smooth adjustments and prevents unintential value changes.

Two F Low Dispersion (FLD) and one Special Low Dispersion (SLD) elements markedly reduce chromatic aberrations and color fringing throughout the zoom range for improved clarity and color accuracy.Five aspherical elements control spherical aberrations and distortion for increased sharpness and accurate rendering.A water- and oil-repellant coating is applied to the front lens element to minimize any liquids from sticking to the glass.
