Overview

The Jinbei BD Beauty Dish is a foldable, lightweight reflector that can be quickly and easily collapsed for space-saving storage or transport to outdoor shots. With its harmoniously soft illumination and round eye-reflexes, the octagonal light former is preferred in beauty, fashion, portrait or wedding photography. With the supplied Bowens S-type adapter, you attach the foldable reflector to many studio flash units, flash heads and permanent light fixtures with corresponding connection.

Soft Light with a Harder Middle
The Jinbei BD Beauty Dish has a centrally located deflector in the form of a flat metal disc that throws the light onto the silver inside of the reflector. From there it strikes wide and soft, but a bit harder in the middle (and with corresponding shadows) on the subject. Outwardly towards the edge, the light weakens softly.

With the additional external diffuser, you spread the light even further, increase the light reflections in the eyes of a photographed person with the expanded luminous area and reduce reflections in the subject. The ventilation flaps on the back of the Beauty Dish prevent heat accumulation.

Honeycomb for more Targeted Light (not include)
To reduce the amount of stray light and to direct the light even more towards the center, use the honeycomb that fits the foldable BD Beauty Dish. Due to the special structure of the honeycomb attachment, direct the light even more directly onto the subject and darken the exterior areas more.

Fast Setup for Immediate Operational Readiness
The construction of the foldable Beauty Dish will be done in a short time. To do this, latch the individual metal struts with the robust spring mechanism into the recesses on the Bowens S-type adapter. The entire construction including struts is hard-wearing and exists in the hard professional everyday life. When combined, all the items fit into the included practical carrying bag.
