Overview of the Godox AD600Pro II Strobe Flash

A successor of one of Godox's popular professional strobe flashes is the AD600Pro II All-in-One Outdoor Flash. It is an improvement of the AD600Pro. The AD600Pro II has a one-tap sync functionality with the Godox's separately available X3 trigger.

Still being part of Godox's line of 2.4 GHz wireless X system, the AD600Pro II can be controlled wirelessly from a distance of upto 100m with any of the brand's X system triggers. It also features 16 groups and 32 channels that facilitate the use of multiple lights. It has intoduced a feature known as RGB Color Identification. This means that each of the 16 groups will display a different color locally on the flash head for easy group identification even from a distance.

This light's output power ranges from 1/1 to 1/512 in 0.1 increments and it is powered by the WB26 Lithium-Ion battery pack that is able to provide upto 360 full-power flashes. You can also run the AD600Pro II on AC power with an optional adapter. Recycling time is low at 0.01-0.9 sec and with high-speed sync it provides shutter speeds up to 1/8000 sec as well as flash durations from 1/220 to 1/11,760 sec. Additionally, a freeze mode is available from 1/2570 to 1/20,400 sec when using the M and multi-modes. Together, these features allow you to capture fast-moving action, which includes rapid sports and dance movements to various nature scenes.

One-Tap Sync Capability

This function is meant to simplify the use of this light with instant synchronization with the X3 trigger, eliminating time spent on setting up channel, group and ID settings. It works by pressing the wireless sync option on both your X3 and the AD600Pro II to achieve quick synchronization.

Upgraded TFT (thin-film-transistor) color screen

To control the light's settings, AD600Pro II has buttons on one side as well as a large screen where settings are displayed. It has made operation even more simple with an on/off button and one to turn on/off the modeling light on the screen.

This AD600Pro II features a 40W LED modeling lamp with adjustable CCT FROM 2800K to 6000K (Bi-color).
