Overview of the Shure KSM32/SL Cardioid Condenser Microphone

Shure KSM32/SL champagne microphone is a large-diaphragm true condenser mic for use on stage or in the studio. It features pop protection, a shock mount and transparent Class-A circuitry all to help deliver high-quality sound.

The KSM32/SL works on a uniform cardioid poler pattern thus lessens background and stage noise, allowing you to achieve more gain and stronger direct sound. It also has flat frequency response, two low-cut filter options and a -15 dB pad, thus making it a multifaceted microphone that can be used in a wide variety of applications like for vocals, drums, guitars, piano and so much more. Additionally, this mic has a built-in pop protector that is made up of three layers to minimize even the lightest light wind, a person's breaths and vocal plosives. Internal shock-mounting helps to decouple the mic from sources of vibration that could otherwise transfer from the mic body to the capsule. Being a solid-state XLR condenser mic, the KSM32/SL requires 48V phantom power.

The SL model comes with a ShureLock shockmount, ShureLock stand mount, velveteen pouch, and hard shell carrying case.
