The Boya BY-MM1 Pro ultracompact camera-mount shotgun microphone offfers flexibility of selectable sound pickup orientation as well as improved audio quality over the mic built into your device.The BY-MM1 Pro runs on plug-in power from your camera. It also features an atattcahed coiled cable with a 3.5mm mini plug for connecting the mic to either a DSLR camera,tablet or portable audio recorder.This will enable easy monitoring of the audio signal while the main output remians connected the recording device.In order to reduce the rumble and camera-handling noise, the rycote detachable shockmount is attached directly to your camera.

Dual condenser Capsules

It is equipped with 2 capsules at the end of each mic and a 3-position switch allowing you to select from three directional pick up modes i.e in front, behind or together.

Ultracompact and Ultralightweight

The Boya BY-MM1 Pro is superlight and has a length of 3.3" therefore its easy to mount it on your camera and can easily move around without any obstruction.

Main and Heaphone Outputs

The BY-MM1 Pro boasts two 3.5mm outputs a TRRS output in an attached coiled cable for connection to your recording device and a TRS headphone output for convenient moonitoring of input signal or playback from compatible apps.

No batteries Required

It only runs on plug-in power from your recording device and no battery.
