Overview

The Phantom 4 Pro Version 2.0 Quadcopter is an improved version of the Phantom 4 Pro drone, both from DJI. Some of the enhacements include enhanced resolution or on-controller live-view streaming and improved connectivity among other improvements. This drone has a 3-axis-stabilized gimbal camera with a 20MP 1" CMOS sensor that enables it to shoot up to 4K60 fps video and photo bursts at up to 14 fps. The camera also has a mechanical shutter to eliminate rolling shutter distortion. 4K videos are captured at 100Mbps bitrate in D-Log mode and H.265 codec with a high dynamic range and optimizing on image quality.

When it comes to flight speed, the Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 can get to a maximum of 72 kph with a 8km transmission range with 1080p livestreaming and automatic frequency switching with OcuSync 2.0. Equipped with the FlightAutonomy system, this drone has dual rear-vision sensors and infrared sensing for five directions of obstacle sensing and four directions of obstacle avoidance.

With several flight modes, the Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 drone has a powerful flight performance. The modes are:

A user can easily switch between the flight modes without distortion to the shots being taken.

Intuitive Remote Controller

Included in the package is a remote controller that has a battery life of five hours and features several ports. This controller does not have a screen. The pilot needs the DJI GO 4 app which requires mobile devices with Android 5.0 or above or iOS 10.0.2 or higher.

Intelligent Flight Battery

The DJI GO 4 app also displays the battery lifetime while also calculating the remaining flight times according to distance traveled and more. A prompt is sent to the drone's pilot when it reaches the minimum distance required for a safe journey back to home (takeoff point). Overcharging and over-draining of the battery is prevented by use of an advanced battery management system.

Things to Note: 

• Do not store this drone's batteries for long without use to maitain their good health as they discharge power with time.
• The Phantom 4 Pro is not compatible with the remote controller of the Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 and vice versa.
• The built-in screen is available when purchasing the Phantom 4 Pro+ V2.0 edition.
• The sensors on the side of the aircraft only work in beginner mode and Tripod mode.
